Difficult to get as short term appointment. If you ring the morning that you would like to see a GP, the appointments are gone if you don't get through early enough. You then have to go this the same procedure the next day.

Thank you for your feedback. We are currently reviewing the situation for access to appointments, but wondered if you were aware that some appointment slots can be booked online, without the need to telephone. If you wish to register for this service please contact the surgery. Two of the ideas which we are considering are to make more appointments available to book in advance, and assessing the viability of a telephone booking system, which would release various appointments throughout the working day, but can be used on a 24 hour basis. We now have a nurse practitioner who can treat minor illness, and is qualified to prescribe antibiotics and simple pain relief. She can also request hospital investigations and make referrals where necessary.

The phone up same day appointment is ridiculous.
It's taken a week phoned up cause all apps were full even at 8.10.

Get more doctors been waiting 40 mins and still not been to see a doctor considering moving.

Receptionist really polite when dealing with a patient.
Got appointment straight away this morning which is a bonus, maybe to work on appointment situation instead of having to phone every morning at 8 preferred old system when you phoned up always sorted an appointment.
